Presentation Video

The oral presentation will be fully on-line via Zoom Meeting Application. Please be sure that you have this application installed in your notebook/desktop computers. These devices are preferred although tablets/notepad/mobile phones may also be used. Please also check that you have a good internet connection so that you can participate in the conference’s events without interruption.

Total presentation time including Q&A is the followings:

  • Keynote talk: 60 minutes (about 55 min talk + 5 min Q&A)
  • Plenary talk: 30 minutes (about 25 min talk + 5 min Q&A)
  • Invited talk: 20 minutes (about 15 min talk + 5 min Q&A)
  • Oral presentation: 10 minutes (about 7 min talk + 3 min Q&A)

Please kindly prepare a pair of personal earphone to be used during the conference participation for the best sound quality, especially if you are joining the conference in the same room with several others as the sound from speakers and microphones from each device will interfere with each other. It is recommended that you join the conference from very quiet place and please mute your microphone at all time when joining.

To stimulate the exchange of ideas (as the main purpose of the conference), the presenter is encouraged to make yourself available during and after your presentation schedule to answer/address possible questions from conference participants. Questions and comments can be addressed via zoom meeting chat box.

Oral presentation

We request all presenters to prepare a pre-recorded video/presentation and upload the video file to the website by 17 October 2021 with .mp4 or .wmv format with minimum 720 quality and please make sure your presentation slide can be seen clearly in the video.

All oral presenter must attend the zoom meeting according to the schedule to do a live discussion.

Poster presenter

Please make a poster presentation (1 slide powerpoint, widescreen (33.867 cm x 19.05 cm, landscape). The main body of the poster is flexible, but the content usually consists of introduction, method, result, discussion (or result and discussion), conclusion, and references. The content should be concise.

Please Add you presentation number (PPxxx) at the right bottom of PPT.

Please record your explanation of poster content not more than 3 minutes. You may record your voice in the PPT file using the menu of PPT:Slide Show—Record Slide – Record from Current Slide. Then, please export the file into video with .mp4 or .wmv format with minimum 720 quality and please make sure your poster can be seen clearly in the video.
